We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The motor shaft spins when turned by hand. A screw for the fan cover is broken off. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the outside of the unit as well as some paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
