This is a Watts 1 LF 25AUB-Z3 lead-free water pressure reducing valve designed to reduce incoming water pressure to protect plumbing systems and reduce water consumption in commercial and residential applications. Features a durable cast copper silicon alloy body, full port design, integral stainless steel strainer, and adjustable pressure range of 25 to 75 psi (factory set at 50 psi).
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to install the unit to fully test it. It appears to be missing a connection fitting. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit.
