This Watts 1/2 LF 223 lead-free high-capacity water pressure reducing valve is designed to reduce incoming water pressure for commercial, industrial, and institutional plumbing systems. Features a lead-free brass construction, 1/2 in NPT threaded connections, adjustable reduced pressure range of 25 to 75 PSI (factory pre-set at 50 PSI), and maximum working pressure of 300 PSI.
Defects Noted:
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to install the unit to fully test it. The valve shows minor cosmetic scuffs and light paint scratches on the outer edges of the spring cage. The original cardboard packaging is severely torn and crushed. Please refer to the photos for more information.
