This is a Vibco electric vibrator. Please refer to the technical specifications in the listing for more information.
We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The electrical box is cracked/damaged and may need to be replaced. There is a piece that appears to be cracked on the front side and the plug is bent. There are also some heavy cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit as well as some paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
