Inspection & Condition Details:
We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The mounting pin that connects the handle assembly to the base chassis is missing and must be replaced before operating. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit.
