We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to assemble the unit to fully test it.

Defects Noted:

  • Missing 2 bolts for the caster wheel attachments.
  • Wing nut by the roller head adjustment mechanism appears broken.
  • Cosmetic scuffs, paint scratches, and surface wear visible throughout the yellow base and black roller assembly.
