Inspection & Condition Notes:
This unit was inspected upon removal from packaging. The spring return mechanism functions properly and the drum rotates fully. Defects noted include a bent base mounting flange, a dented drum rim, and a broken side wire outlet conduit elbow. Scuffs and scratches are present on the outer finish.
