This is a Reelcraft heavy duty spring return hose reel. Please refer to the technical specifications in the listing for more information.
We have inspected this item and the reel spins/retracts, but does not lock in place. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It appears to be missing some hardware for the spring retraction/locking mechanism. There are some bends/dents along the edge of the reel. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
