This is a Quazite PG1730CA0017 Series PG polymer concrete underground enclosure cover featuring an embossed ELECTRIC logo. Designed for Tier 8 load rating applications (8,000 lb load capacity), this 17" x 30" heavy-duty cover provides durable protection for underground utility boxes and pull box equipment enclosures.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to install the unit to fully test it. Inspection revealed cosmetic scuffs, surface scratches, and minor edge chipping from storage and handling.
