This is a Qmark / Marley 3900-0350-001 480V 2-speed replacement air circulator fan motor (Model B1-3/4-L2). It is rated for 0.75 HP (3/4 HP), 60 Hz, and 3.1 Amps, designed for replacement use in compatible unit heaters including models MUH404, MUH504, and MUH406.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The motor shaft spins when turned by hand. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit.
