We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. All three fan speeds appear to be functioning properly. This unit came in covered in packing tape and may have some residue on it. There are some dents around the housing/door and the plug is damaged. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
