The Proto JSTV5539RD13BK 55-inch 13-drawer Velocity Series double bank heavy-duty roller cabinet features an 18-gauge steel body with a gloss black finish, full-extension ball-bearing drawer slides, keyed locking system, and a 4,000 lb total load capacity.
We have inspected this item and the drawers open/close. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly but the bottom drawer will not lock.
