We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. It appears to be leaking oil/fluid at the base of the hydraulic manifold block. We believe it could be a bad gasket causing the leak but are not 100% sure. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
