We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit requires gasoline to run. There is some damage to a piece on the pump and there are some dents on the fuel tank. The front handle is bent as well. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
