The MARS STD242-1UA-OB Standard 2 Series air curtain is designed for commercial and industrial doorways up to 42 inches wide. It features a heavy-gauge steel housing in obsidian black, a 1/2 HP continuous-duty TEAO motor, and adjustable air directional vanes to deliver effective environmental separation and insect control.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The motor spins when turned by hand.
Defects noted during inspection include a large dent on the back middle section, a slight bend near the right side vent edge, and moderate outer packaging damage.
