The Little Giant 505717 (5-ASP-LL) is a 1/6 HP submersible utility pump equipped with an automatic piggyback diaphragm float switch. Designed for clear water removal, transfer, or circulation, it features a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated cast aluminum motor housing, continuous-duty rating, and an 18-foot power cord.

Inspection & Condition Details:

  • Testing Performed: The pump was plugged in and powered on successfully. The motor runs as intended. The automatic float switch requires liquid immersion to activate and was not tested with water.
  • Defects Noted: A section of the outer power cord jacketing is squished/kinked (wires remain intact and functional). Body shows major surface scuffs and scratches from handling.
