The Leica DD TRACE ROD 80 is an 80-meter (263 ft) flexible fiberglass rod reel designed for use with signal transmitters and locators to trace non-conductive ducts, pipes, and utility blockages up to 4 inches in diameter. It can be utilized in line or sonde mode for accurate underground utility tracing.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit is missing one plastic foot cap on the tubular frame end and exhibits minor cosmetic scuffs and scratches on the yellow frame and reel. The fiberglass trace rod and terminal connections appear intact.
