We have inspected this item and the doors open but the self-closing functionality is not working properly. One cable is loose inside and not connected to the self-closing mechanism. The self-closing mechanism will need to be repaired/replaced. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. One of the legs is bent and there are some dents around the cabinet. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
