This Hot Box LF011019022 (Model LB.75) is an unheated fiberglass valve enclosure designed to protect piping, backflow preventers, and valve assemblies from weather and environmental exposure. It features R8 foam insulation, an ASSE 1060 Class II rating, a flip-top lid for easy interior access, and an anchor pad mounting kit.
Inspection & Condition Notes:
We have inspected this item and the top opens/closes. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The fiberglass housing has cracks/chips on one top rear corner near the hinge and additional cracking surrounding the lock/hasp area. General scuffs and scratches are present on the exterior. Please refer to the photos for more information.
