This is a Hot Box HF011019022 (Model HB.75) flip-top fiberglass heated valve enclosure designed to protect backflow preventers, valves, and pumps from freezing conditions. Features R8 insulation, a 120V 30W self-regulating heating cable, and beige fiberglass construction with mounting flanges and a flip-top lid for easy maintenance access.
Inspection & Testing Notes:
The unit was inspected and plugged in to verify heating operation. The heating cable powered on and warmed up as expected. Exterior fiberglass shell and interior insulation foam show minor cosmetic scuffs and flaking. The anchor hardware kit is missing one nut. Please refer to the photos for more information.
