This item was fully unpacked and inspected. It shows minor cosmetic scuffs and surface scratches from storage and handling. Due to the 230V NEMA 6-15 plug requirement, full electrical power testing could not be completed. It also appears to be missing the flange/hardware. Please refer to the photos for more information.
