We have inspected this item and we do not have the proper outlet on site to fully test it. The fan blade spins when turned by hand. Some of the coil protector fins are bent/damaged and it is missing the remote. The front panel appears to be dented. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
