We have inspected this item and the doors open/close. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. The legs are bent and it appears to be missing an adjustable foot for one of the legs. There are also some dents around the cabinet as well as some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. Please refer to the photos for more information.
