The Crescent H.K. Porter 9290C is a heavy-duty pneumatic center-cut cutter designed for high-volume cutting of soft, medium, or hard materials up to 1/2 inch in capacity. It features a heavy-duty workhead with a 5-inch bore and 3-inch stroke, operating within a recommended air pressure range of 90 to 130 PSI.

We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. It was not tested pneumatically due to requiring air line installation and shop air setup.

Defects Noted:

  • Minor cosmetic scuffs and edge scratches on the outer body and cylinder endplates from handling and storage.
  • Packaging box shows light outer wear.
