This Chicago Protective Apparel AG-12 -XL Arc Flash Protective Clothing Kit provides NFPA 70E PPE Category 2 protection with an ATPV rating of 12 cal/cm². Constructed from UltraSoft flame-resistant fabric, this kit includes a dark blue protective jacket, matching bib overalls, balaclava hood, hard cap with face shield and chin cup, and a heavy-duty CPA gear bag.

The item was fully removed from its packaging for visual inspection. The jacket, overalls, hard hat, face shield, hood, and gear bag are all in clean, like-new physical condition. However, components from the standard full kit are missing as noted below.
