This is a Captive-Aire (HSSA) CK48HF21HF01 1/2 HP direct drive exhaust fan motor, designed for commercial kitchen ventilation and HVAC applications. It operates at 115/230V, single phase, 1625 RPM, in a 48Y frame size.

Testing & Inspection: 

We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it.  This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional.  The motor shaft spins when turned by hand.

Defects Noted:

• One side mounting bracket is bent.
• Scuffs and scratches are visible along the motor housing.
