We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The guard for the on/off switch is bent and there are some slight dents around the unit. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout as well as some paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
