We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. There is a crack on the edge of the plastic door frame. There are also some dents around the unit as well as some cosmetic scuffs and scratches. Please refer to the photos for more information.
