We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It does not appear to have been used before, the hours meter has 1 hour logged most likely due to testing. The remove before operating brackets are broken/cracked. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.
