This 3M DBI-Sala 8517412 bare steel uni-anchor plate with tie-off point is designed for permanent weld-on installation to steel structures. Built for use with portable fall arrest post systems, it features heavy-duty bare steel construction with an integrated secondary fall arrest D-ring tie-off point.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to install the unit to fully test it. The anchor plate has standard bare steel weld coloration and minor handling marks from storage.
