We have inspected this item and it powers on when plugged in. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The carrying case is dented and one of the latches is damaged. One of the carrying case handles is not attached as well. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the components. Please refer to the photos for more information.
