This is a Greenlee telescoping reel stand. The overall height is 22 to 54 inches and the load capacity is 2500 pounds. It is green in color.
We have inspected this item and it extends/lowers by hand. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit as well as some paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
