This is a Digi-Sense handheld insulation tester.
We have inspected this item and it powers on. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. The plastic stand is is broken off, the hinge on one side is broken. There are some slight cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the components. Please refer to the photos for more information.
