This is a 3M DBI-Sala rescue positioning device. The cable diameter is 3/8 of an inch and the maximum working length is 100 feet. The weight capacity is 250 pounds.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to assemble/install the unit to fully test it. It appears to be missing a strap. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the components. Please refer to the photos for more information.
